Our film is set in modern day Belfast, following the life of Bobby who is a lonely man, aged around 19-20, looking for love. However, Bobby is also a serial killer and is tricking the dating agency he is with into setting him up with Poppy, who he is planning to kill.  Our film opens with a narration about singletons looking for love over shots of people doing daily activities, such as pouring coffee and turning on the TV, as well as a shot of Bobby sharpening knives. This narration is interrupted several times by Bobby explaining his situation and why he is looking for love. The narrator will introduce the idea of dating agencies and shots of middle aged women working in an office with files and typing, with obvious typing sounds, will accompany this. The next scene will be Bobby receiving a phone call saying that he has a match. The narrator will explain this, and we will hear and see a part of Bobby’s phone call. We are going to use photos of our friends taken against a plain background and spread them throughout the house. We are also going to set up this area which will appear as a shrine. In my previous post I talked about the outside locations including whereabouts we had been planning to film. In this post I will show you where the inside filming will take place and what we had in mind for filming. We had previously discussed filming in my house however, it reached a problem as we discovered that Eimir lived closer to Moira Park than I did so it was easier if we filmed in her house. This didn't change much in the terms of script or anything however, the wallpaper and walls in Eimir's house are different than what we had previously planned.
